A familiar moment
The buyer's survey mentioning possible knotweed near the rear boundary
You are mapping another site when a buyer calls after a home survey raises a possible invasive plant. Ziverly can capture who is calling and their stated relationship to the property, location of the plant as observed from a normal accessible area, height, spread, stems, leaves and seasonal change in the caller's own words, distance from buildings, boundaries or water as supplied without validation, neighbouring land, previous cutting, excavation or treatment mentioned, photographs already taken safely, seller, agent, lender, insurer, solicitor or management-plan involvement, documents, transaction stage, access and timing. It does not ask anyone to cut, pull, dig, move, burn, spray or approach unsafe areas, identify Japanese knotweed or another plant from the call, assess property value, mortgageability, legal responsibility or structural risk, prescribe herbicide, excavation, disposal or management, interpret lender, planning, waste or pesticide requirements, accept an instruction, quote or promise a report outcome. Immediate chemical exposure, unsafe ground or another danger requires the appropriate urgent route.
