A familiar moment
The private system showing signs that worry the household
You are completing another emptying visit when a homeowner calls about slow drains and wet ground near a private system. Ziverly can capture the property, system type and tank location if known, last emptying, maintenance history, what the caller can safely see or smell, when it began, toilets or drains affected, whether sewage is visible, nearby wells, watercourses or public areas mentioned, covers and access as described, gate widths, track condition, hose distance, parking, occupants and preferred timing. It does not ask anyone to open or approach a hazardous tank, diagnose capacity, blockage, damage, soakaway or compliance, advise chemicals, pumping or repairs, assess contamination, ground or confined-space safety, accept waste, quote, schedule or promise attendance. Active sewage flooding, exposed tanks, collapse, electrical danger or public-health risk requires the appropriate urgent authority, utility or emergency route.
