A familiar moment
The buyer asked for more evidence before exchange
You are reviewing footage from another property when a buyer calls after a home survey mentions drainage concerns. Ziverly can capture who is calling and their stated relationship to the property, the survey purpose, property and access, drains, manholes or affected areas described, blockages, slow flow, smells, noises, damp, movement or overflow reported without diagnosis, when symptoms began, previous unblocking, repairs or camera work, plans, reports or insurer, surveyor, conveyancer, drainage contractor, water company or sewer-owner involvement, deadlines and preferred contact. It does not diagnose defects, identify pipe material, route or ownership, interpret footage or reports, decide public or private sewer responsibility, recommend jetting, excavation, relining or repair, advise opening covers or entering spaces, quote, accept the survey or promise attendance. Active sewage, significant flooding, unsafe covers, contaminated areas, water near electrics or immediate danger needs the appropriate water company, emergency and competent route.
