A familiar moment
The owner wanting to understand the next step at home
You are completing another visit when an owner calls about microchipping a recently acquired cat. Ziverly can record who is enquiring, their stated ownership or authority, animal species, age, breed and location as supplied, whether a chip may already be present, existing veterinary, breeder, rescue or keeper information at a broad level, documents the caller says they hold, access, handling or behaviour concerns raised by the owner and preferred response. It does not scan or identify a chip, assess age, health, welfare, handling or suitability, give veterinary advice, interpret registration, keeper, breeder or legal requirements, request account credentials or security codes, promise attendance, accept the animal or book a visit. An ill, injured, distressed or dangerously unmanageable animal needs the appropriate veterinary or emergency route.
