A familiar moment
The chip noticed before the next motorway journey
You are carrying out a repair at another address when a driver calls about a chip in the front windscreen. Ziverly can capture vehicle make, model, year and registration if the caller chooses to provide it, the affected pane, damage location and size as described, when and how it was noticed, whether cracks appear to be changing, camera, sensor, heated-glass or head-up-display features mentioned, insurer or policy route being considered, current private or roadside location, safe access, parking and preferred contact. It does not decide whether the vehicle is roadworthy or should be driven, diagnose repairability, identify glass or calibration requirements, advise tape, resin or other intervention, confirm insurer approval, parts, price, attendance or repair outcome. Immediate roadside danger or unsafe visibility requires the appropriate breakdown, police or emergency route.
