A familiar moment
The only key locked inside a parked car
You are programming a replacement key at another location when a caller says their only key is inside a car in a public car park. Ziverly can capture who is calling and their stated relationship to the vehicle, make, model, year and registration if they choose to provide it, vehicle location, whether the issue is a lockout, lost key, broken blade, damaged fob, programming problem or ignition concern, spare keys, insurer or breakdown-provider involvement, proof of ownership and identity available through your approved process, parking, access, personal safety context and preferred contact. It does not request security PINs, immobiliser, key, radio, alarm or account codes, explain entry, decoding, picking, programming, bypass or immobiliser methods, verify ownership, judge roadworthiness, confirm parts, access, price, attendance or completion. A child, vulnerable person or animal locked inside, danger from traffic, suspected theft, coercion or immediate risk requires the appropriate emergency or police route.
