A familiar moment
The runner asking for help before the next training block
You are completing notes after another session when a runner calls about tightness following a recent event. Ziverly can capture who is enquiring, the broad reason for contact in the caller's own words, activity context, location and access, preferred days or times, whether a GP, physiotherapist or other clinician is already involved, and contact preference. It does not conduct clinical triage, diagnose injury or pain, assess contraindications, recommend massage, stretching, exercise or self-treatment, advise participation in sport, request unnecessary health detail, promise suitability or outcomes, quote, accept treatment or confirm an appointment. Severe, sudden or urgent symptoms need the appropriate clinical or emergency route rather than routine follow-up.
