A familiar moment
The commuter whose e-bike developed a braking problem at home
You are servicing another bicycle when a caller describes a change in braking on an e-bike kept at home. Ziverly can capture bicycle type, make and model if known, whether it is conventional or electric, caller-described symptoms and when they began, any visible damage, recent transport, impact or work, battery location and condition only as safely observed, current location, ownership, access and preferred timing. It does not diagnose brakes, tyres, steering, frame, drivetrain, motor, controller or battery, judge whether the bicycle is safe to ride, advise riding, charging, resetting, dismantling, repairs or roadside action, request lock or account codes, confirm parts, price, availability or attendance, or accept the job. Smoke, heat, swelling, fire, chemical leakage, serious collision or immediate danger needs the appropriate emergency and competent battery or cycle-safety route.
