A familiar moment
The parent looking for support after coming home
You are in a private consultation when a parent calls after discharge and asks about help at home. Ziverly can capture who is enquiring, location and access, the baby's age or expected arrival in broad terms, the family's stated reason for seeking support, communication preferences, whether a midwife, health visitor, GP, infant-feeding team or other professional is already involved, and preferred contact. It does not assess feeding, milk supply, latch, weight, pain, hydration, infant or maternal health, diagnose or recommend techniques, products or medicines, make safeguarding or consent decisions, request distressing or unnecessary clinical detail, quote, accept care or promise availability. Urgent concerns about a baby, parent or pregnancy need the appropriate maternity, paediatric, clinical or emergency route rather than routine follow-up.
