A familiar moment
The family reviewing security after moving into an older house
You are completing another survey when a homeowner calls about doors, windows, lighting and an existing alarm at their new property. Ziverly can capture who is calling and their stated authority, property type, occupancy at a broad level, areas the caller wants assessed, existing physical and electronic measures in general terms, whether the enquiry follows a move, insurer request, previous professional advice or a non-active incident, accessibility, pet or household preferences, documents available, parking, safe access and desired timing. It does not ask when the home is empty, where keys, safes or valuables are kept, or collect alarm, gate, lock, camera, Wi-Fi or access codes, assess a live threat, grade burglary risk remotely, identify vulnerabilities in exploitable detail, recommend entry resistance, locks, alarms, CCTV, lighting or procedures, design a system, guarantee a security outcome, quote, accept the survey or promise attendance. An active break-in, suspected intruder, threat, stalking concern or immediate danger requires the police or appropriate emergency route.
