A familiar moment
The parent looking for structured support around a changing weekly routine
You are in a planned support session when a parent calls about an adult family member whose college timetable is changing. Ziverly can capture who is calling, their stated relationship and authority, who the support is for, how that person wishes to be involved where shared, broad communication and sensory preferences volunteered by the caller, current routines and goals in the caller's words, existing care, education, health or social-work involvement, funding or direct-payment context only at a high level, preferred days, household access and the best way to continue the conversation. It does not assess autism, capacity, consent, risk, eligibility, care needs or suitability, create a support plan, give clinical, behavioural, care, funding, employment or safeguarding advice, collect unnecessary personal history, accept the package or promise availability. Abuse, a missing or endangered person, immediate medical concern or another urgent safeguarding situation requires the appropriate emergency, safeguarding or clinical route rather than routine follow-up.
