A familiar moment
The kitchen appliance that failed halfway through the job
You are tracing a fault at the bench when a householder calls about a food mixer that stopped under load. Ziverly can record the appliance type, make and model if known, age, ownership, reported symptoms, when the change began, visible damage, unusual heat, smell, smoke or exposed parts, previous repair history, whether it is portable or built in, collection or access context and preferred response. It does not diagnose the fault, advise plugging in, resetting, opening or dismantling the appliance, say that continued use is safe, identify parts, quote, accept the repair or promise that the item can be repaired. Smoke, fire, electric shock, exposed live parts or immediate danger needs the appropriate emergency and electrical-safety route rather than routine follow-up.
