A familiar moment
The dressmaker whose machine stopped before an important deadline
You are testing the timing on another machine when a dressmaker calls about an electronic model that has begun making an unusual noise and tangling thread beneath the fabric. Ziverly can capture make and model, approximate age, mechanical, electronic, embroidery, overlocker or other machine type as caller-described information, reported symptoms and when they began, any error display without interpretation, recent needle, bobbin, thread, accessory, transport or servicing context, whether fabric or a project is currently trapped, visible damage, smell, heat, smoke, sparks or liquid exposure as safe observations, location, access, preferred timing and contact. It does not diagnose mechanical, electronic or electrical faults, interpret error codes, advise dismantling, cleaning, oiling, adjustment, continued use or freeing trapped material, identify parts, promise data or settings, repairability, collection, price or turnaround, or accept the work. Smoke, burning, heat, sparks or electrical danger require the machine to be left alone and the appropriate safety or emergency route.
