A familiar moment
The built-in microwave that stopped heating during dinner
You are carrying out another electrical test when a homeowner calls about a built-in combination microwave that runs but no longer heats. Ziverly can capture make and model, freestanding or integrated installation, approximate age, what the caller was doing when the symptom appeared, display, light, turntable, fan, noise, smell, heat, smoke, sparking or tripping observations, visible cable or plug concerns without asking them to touch anything, previous repairs, access to the appliance, proof-of-purchase or warranty context and preferred contact. It does not diagnose magnetron, capacitor, door-switch, control, electrical or installation faults, tell the caller to open, dismantle, test, reset or continue using the appliance, confirm food safety, parts, repairability or warranty cover, quote, accept the repair or promise attendance. Smoke, fire, repeated sparking, exposed electrics or immediate danger needs the appropriate emergency or competent electrical route rather than routine follow-up.
